What did we do before drones?  We're proud to say that Captain's Landing has been an incredible success with building 1 already sold out and only a couple of units left in building two.  In fact the response has been so overwhelming that we have started building three ahead of schedule.  Come reserve your new home before they're all gone. EDC Homes joined members of the Bay Oaks Park Committee for Norfolk's Beautification Day, April 18, 2015.  President of EDC Homes, Nick Jacovides and family along along with Trevor Spiers, Scott Viola and Mike Baust with his son spent the morning putting up signs and pick up trash and debri at the Bay Oaks Park.

Did you know that Virginia is ranked as one of the "Safest States In America To Live" by the Wall Street Journal?  An encouraging statistic points to overall financial stability among people who live here as to why the low rate of violent crimes.  For instance the average household in Virginia earned an estimated $62,000, making it the 8th highest in the nation.  Another safety statistic is the low number of property crimes last year.  There were only 322 burglaries per 100,000 residents, the second lowest in the country.  EDC Homes takes great pride in recognizing that the state where we build and live is one of the safest in America.
