• Before closing on your EDC Home, we take you on a personal Walk Thru to make sure you are satisfied with you new home. We demonstrate your home’s features and review maintenance tips.

• Warranty periods are determined by the different components of the home. For the first year EDC Homes warranties most components from failure and manufacturer defects. 

• Major Structural elements are covered through Home of Texas Limited Warranty for Ten (10) years.
